Let’s get motivated with Vision Boards

Have you ever said, “It’s already March (or June or September or whenever)!? What have I accomplished?” I bet I’ve said this at some point during each of my adult years.

But then I discovered something that really works. I’ve been using a vision board to help me keep my dreams and desires in front of me. A vision board is a collage of pictures, photos, or phrases that represent our goals and dreams. I clip motivational phrases and scripture to keep me going in the right direction. This seems to spark more creative ideas and thoughts in my mind that I immediately jot down in my planner, post-it notes, send to myself in emails, you get the picture.

Best selling author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series, and “America’s #1 Success Coach”, Jack Canfield swears by vision boards. In fact, he has two, one in a convenient travel size and one on his office door. He says he looks at his vision boards, and is reminded of his goals and dreams, at least 8-10 times a day.

Canfield says that vision boards are “perfect tools to help you visualize your goals and activate the Law of Attraction. The best way to achieve your goals is to keep them top of mind so that you’re always looking for ways to move closer to them.”

I would love to share this positive experience with you. It’s even more fun to share the experience with your friends and families. By sharing this experience with loved ones, you are, in a way, keeping each other accountable for reaching your goals.
